What a weekend..
We expected to have fun, but that was immense. Thanks to every single one of you who came down to watch us and made it so amazing, we hope you enjoyed yourselves too!
It was also brilliant to experience a different crowd in Reading – we kind of knew what to expect in Leeds because we’ve been as punters so many times and we knew there’d be a few familiar faces, but we loved playing to a whole bunch of perfect strangers in Reading. I even saw the singer from the Darkness stop by and watch a bit of our set…
We managed to see some great bands over the weekend too but personal highlights for me were The Libertines, Dizzee Rascal, Sound of Guns, Penguin and Angelos Epithemiou. All in all a pretty decent birthday weekend!
